South Africa If you are living in, or visiting Sth Africa and you have a dual passport or valid passport for one of the above countries, you may apply online here on condition that you use the eligible passport only.

Taiwan You must be currently in Taiwan to apply for an ETA Visa from your local Australian Embassy.

New Zealand No need to apply for a visa, travel restriction may apply if you have a criminal record or have a contageous disease. New Zealand citizens who hold a valid New Zealand passport do not need to obtain a visa before travelling to Australia, unless there are health or character concerns. On arrival in Australia, New Zealand citizens who present a valid New Zealand passport will automatically be granted a Special Category Visa (SCV) which is recorded electronically. The SCV is denoted in the New Zealand passport with an arrival date stamp.
