What Information Is Collected ?
Information you provide in support of your ETA application is processed to enable the ETA to be issued to you and then stored by the Australian Government so you can use the ETA to travel to Australia, but your credit card data is not retained after the application has been processed.
Are there Other Ways of Getting an ETA ?
If you do not wish to use the Internet to obtain your ETA, there are other ways of applying for an ETA or determining your visa status. You may attend your local Australian Embassy Office. This process may take up to 6 weeks and cost significantly more than using an online service such as this one.
